Adult Lap Swim

This is a great program for adult fitness. Our 25-meter pool is divided into eight lanes. Kickboards, pull buoys, and hand paddles are available.

 Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:00 am - 9:30 am

Monday through Friday
11:00 am - 1:30 pm

Price: $6 Adult / $5 Seniors
Monthly Pass: $65 Adult / $55 Seniors

Masters Swimming

A professional and certified coach oversees this organized adult swim program with emphasis on personal development in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. The program is open to all abilities.

Monday through Friday
11:30 am - 12:45 pm

Age: 18 & up
Price: $7 Adult / $6 Seniors
Monthly Pass: $75 Adult / $65 Seniors

Aqua Aerobics

This program is a fun aquatic activity that uses the resistance of the water to provide strength training and aerobic conditioning for people of all fitness levels. The water provides smooth and variable resistance through a full range of motion improving strength, endurance, flexibility, and well-being in a near weightless environment. Please check schedule below for program days and times. This program does share pool time with other programs throughout the day so lane availability will vary.

Private Swim Lessons

Do you need extra help developing a swim skill? Interested in one-on-one instruction? Give us a call to set up private lessons.  Private Lessons correspond with regular swim lesson session dates. Private Lessons are available at Healdsburg Swim Center.  Please contact the Healdsburg Swim Center Office to make arrangements, 431-3617. Fees are $84 per session (8 days of instruction). Participants must be at least five years of age.
