Water Aerobics
This program is a fun aquatic activity that uses the resistance of the water to provide strength training and aerobic conditioning for people of all fitness levels. The water provides smooth and variable resistance through a full range of motion improving strength, endurance, flexibility, and well-being in a near weightless environment. Please check schedule below for program days and times. This program does share pool time with other programs throughout the day so lane availability will vary.
